I can see So I can infer

This week I learned about what I can see so I can infer.

I can see where you see something with your eyes. For example  : A cup is what you see. I can infer where you describe something.

First I had to get a partner to work with so I can infer. For example : Cattaleya would be my partner and we work together.

Next I had to find 3 type of pictures. It could be an animal, human, or an object. We picked animals. The 3 animals were a Kangaroo, Koala, and a Puppy.

Then I had to look with my eyes at what I could see out of the picture. For example : I can see baby turtles So I can infer they are going to the sea.

Lastly I had to write 1 I can see and 5 I can infer. For example : I can see that the koala is closing its eyes. So I can infer that the koala is sleeping.

I enjoyed picking 3 pictures. I did well at writing. I need to improve on writing down something much better.

LS1 Class Rule

This week I learned about class rules.

Classroom rules are improtant because it teaches you a lesson about what you should not do or do.

First I had to figure out the class rules. For example there is no bubblegum allowed in class because it might stick on the ground.

Next I had to explain the most important class rule that is not and is allowed to do. I picked about 5 most important class rules. They were :

  • Don’t bring slime, clay, pokemon, or candy to school.
  • Make sure to hold your chromebook / laptop probably.
  • Help each other and try new things that you never did before
  • Use respectful words to say in school or class ground.Tidy up your mess after your finish using them.

Lastly I had to write down and share my class rules. For example : I had to share the 5 most important words.

I enjoyed learning the 5 most important rules. I did well at explaning them. I need to improve on writing down more most improtatn rules.

SoftBall


This week I learned how to practice softball.  First I had to make sure I was playing the 2 games right.  I played musical cones and picked up the cones.

How to play musical cones and you have to pick up the cones before the music stops. Next I played another game called pick up the cone before the other one does. For example, there’s a cone in front of you and you have a partner.  The person calls out an action and you have to do it.  You also have to pick up the cones before the other person does.

After I played softball, I had to get my partner and get gloves and a ball.  By throwing the ball you have to throw with your non dominant hand.  Lastly, I picked up all of the stuff and said thank you to the teacher that was teaching us.

I enjoyed putting away the stuff.  I did well at using at non dominant hand.  I need to improve on throwing the ball harder.

Anywords

This week I learned how to play any words.

First I had to find a partner to play any words with. For example : Malosi can be my partner to play.

Next I had to write words vertically or horizontally. One letter per square. Each new word has to connect to a written word or a meaning word. For example : My word would be dragon.

Then I had to write down a word that makes sense. For example : d and f can never be next to each other in any creations by themselves because they don’t make any word but i and t can.

Lastly, I had a try with my partner to play any words. It was so hard that Malosi won.

I enjoyed playing any words. I did well at putting each letter in each box. I need to improve on adding new words I don’t know.
