Basic fact boxes

I did basic fact boxes.

I got 7m and 26s on my subtraction basic fact boxes.

I got 98/100 on my basic fact boxes.

I enjoyed doing my basic fact boxes. I did well on answering the question. I need to improve on doing more basic facts boxes.

SSR Selfie

I read 14 pages of a book called Drama.

First I read the book for 10 minutes.

Next I wrote what happened in the book. The main charaters we’re Matt, Callie, and Greg.

Then I listed three new words.

After I wrote who was the author, and I took a photo of the book.

I enjoyed reading this book. I did well on listing the 3 words I don’t know. I need to improve on learning more about Drama.

Skills for American football

I learned how to throw and catch with a football.

First I had to grip the ball and aim with my non – dominant hand.

Next I had to face straight and my body had to move to the right to aim to someone, and I had to make a L with my right arm.

Then I learned how to catch the ball. I had to make a traingle with my hand and I had to outstretched my hand.

Lastly I had to wrapped my pinky finger and the ring finger around the laces on the football.

I enjoyed catching the ball. I did well throwing the ball. I need to improve on putting my fingers on the laces.

SSR Selife

I read 13 pages of a book called Drama.

First I read the book for 4 minutes.

Next I wrote what happen in the book and wrote the main charaters. The main charaters are Callie, Matt, and Greg.

Then I wrote who was the author, and I took a photo of the libary book.

Lastly I had to list the three new words I don’t know.

I enjoyed this task because I love how they write the book. I did well on reading the book for 4 minutes. I need to improve of doing the five finger test to see if I can read the book or not.

 

Te Reo Maori

I learned how to ask and receive in Maori.

First Whaea Odie placed a bunch of papers on the floor that had images.

Then she would ask someone “He aha tenei rakau” means point to the tree. Then we would say “Anei.”

Lastly we have to said it to someone else. For example: I told Gardenia, “He aha tenei rakau.” Then Gardenia says. “Anei.”

I enjoyed this task because I learnt how to ask in Maori. I need to improve on understanding the question in Maori. I did well on asking in Maori.

Polite Email

I learned how to write a polite email and how to use a google meet.

First I learned how to write a polite email. To write a polite email you need a subject, greeting, farewell and signature. 

Next we joined a google meet to join a google meet you leave your camera on and microphone off to be respect when another person is talking and to raise your hand use the digital one.

I enjoyed learning how to write a polite email. I did well on respecting the google meet. I need to improve onlearning more how to write a polite email.
