Running Time and Distance

This week I learned about running time and distance.

First we had to create a sheet about our running time and distance.

Next we had to grab a LS1 phone and a measure tape to record the time and to record the distance.

Then we had to figure out where to measure the distance to 4m, 6m, 8m, and 10m. I had to run past the cones. In 4ms I got 1.39 seconds.

Lastly we had to go on the court and start running. Each person from each group has to record the person that is running past their cone. When we start the timer they have to stop the timer after they went past their cone.

I enjoyed doing this task. I did well at running. I need to improve on running faster.
